I'm Abhishek — a software architect building enterprise systems across infrastructure, data, and AI. I’ve spent the last seven years building solutions in the enterprise space. The work usually starts the same way: understanding what’s actually being built and what it will eventually need to carry. The technology comes after that.
I. OPERATING RANGE
Architecture
I design systems end-to-end — from bare metal infrastructure to the AI integration layers that sit on top of it. That range matters because most architectural failures happen at the boundaries: where a legacy ERP meets a new AI workflow, where compliance requirements collide with a modern data platform, where a clean design meets the constraints of an air-gapped production environment. The work spans orchestration platforms for 5G telecom software, enterprise AI transformation, and software development to meet shifting regulatory mandates. What I bring is architecture grounded in where an organisation actually is and shaped where it intends to be.
Engineering Leadership
Currently running three parallel programmes — an agentic AI ops platform, an enterprise finance transformation, and a hiring system — with a team of seven direct and twenty-one across delivery. The harder part isn't coordination; it's maintaining technical standards while scope is live and clients are watching. I was part of the three-person founding team of Microland's AI Centre of Excellence, contributing to the reference architecture, governance framework, and accelerator tooling the practice runs on. I also help design and conduct the Next-Gen Tech Cadre training programme for incoming engineers — the same programme I came through.
Pre-Sales
Customer pitches for GenAI products, analyst relations work to support platform positioning in industry evaluations, and technical sessions with client engineering teams where the architecture has to hold up under scrutiny. The engagements span Nokia on 5G orchestration, RSM UK on enterprise AI transformation, and financial services and HR clients across Europe. Analyst relations is a distinct discipline — it demands the platform be articulated with enough precision to land in the right category and be defended technically if pressed. I stay in scope through delivery, so the commitments I make are ones I then have to honour.
Strategy
I was part of the three-person team that co-founded Microland's AI Centre of Excellence — contributing to the reference architecture, governance standards, and tooling the practice now runs on. At the client level, that translates into roadmap and investment sequencing work grounded in how transformation programmes actually behave: where they stall, what governance debt looks like two years in, and which organisational changes determine whether new capability compounds or quietly fades.

2025 — Present
Solution Architect
MICROLAND · AI CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Three concurrent platform builds — an agentic IT ops platform, an enterprise finance transformation spanning Belgium and Poland, and a hiring platform. Real products, real clients, live in production or close to it. Five in the immediate team; twenty-one across product and delivery. More time in client calls and pre-sales than I expected at this level.
2023 — 2025
Senior Technical Architect
MICROLAND · AI CENTER OF EXCELLENCE · DIGITAL PLATFORM SERVICES
Three simultaneous programmes: an agentic AI suite across HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing for an enterprise client; an AI transformation engagement for a major financial services firm; and the founding work of an internal AI Centre of Excellence as part of a three-person team. Nokia and RSM UK were the external anchors. Started spending real time understanding client problems before designing anything.
2022 — 2023
Technical Architect
MICROLAND · TECH CENTER OF EXCELLENCE · DIGITAL PLATFORM SERVICES
Architecture ownership on the 5G orchestration programmes — bare metal provisioning, OpenShift across IPI, UPI, and ZTP modes, air-gapped clusters, multi-cluster management with Rancher. First time holding full accountability on a delivery without a safety net. The gap between designing a system and being responsible for it in production is wider than it looks on paper.
2021 — 2022
Associate Technical Architect
MICROLAND · TECH CENTER OF EXCELLENCE · DIGITAL PLATFORM SERVICES
First architecture title. 5G orchestration work with telecom clients — the early phases of what became a two-year programme. Design decisions going to production with real consequences, no senior architect in the loop to validate the call. Steep, but clarifying.
2020 — 2021
Senior Software Development Engineer
MICROLAND · TECH CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Server-side work on an early assisted ops platform — microservices, service coordination, basic observability. The infrastructure nobody notices unless it stops working. Also picked up project coordination this year alongside the engineering. Foundational, unspectacular, necessary.
2019 — 2020
Software Development Engineer | NGTC
MICROLAND · NEXT-GEN TECH CADRE · TECH CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Three months of structured training across cloud, distributed systems, networking, and programming fundamentals through Microland's Next-Gen Tech Cadre. Then the first real engineering work — NLP and ML automation using RASA and Microsoft LUIS, which became the early foundation for later AI products. The NGTC programme I now help design and teach.
2015 — 2019
B.Tech, Electronics & Communications
NIT WARANGAL
Electronics and Communications at NIT Warangal. Started with Intel 8086 Assembly, got into software through hackathons, and slowly figured out that's the direction I wanted to go. Four years of changing my mind about what I was actually building toward.

Agentic AI Ops Platform
Solution Architect
Agentic AI · Nvidia NeMo · AI Ops · RBAC · OPA
Architect & Engineering Lead on a next-generation IT operations model centered on synthetic staff — agentic AI systems that replace manual toil and reactive support with autonomous, context-aware execution. Designed and led a framework where goal-driven agents with multimodal awareness, semantic relationships, reasoning, and intent understanding proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate issues, while seamlessly integrating with enterprise tools to execute real-world actions. Delivered a scalable architecture where synthetic staff emulate roles such as SREs, L1 support, and security operators, operating within guardrails while continuously adapting to dynamic environments—freeing human teams to focus on strategy, resilience engineering, and high-judgment edge cases.
