From the AI Summit, it’s impossible to ignore that there are far too many solutions offering essentially the same thing. The messaging is uncomfortably similar, noisy, and lacks credibility. This AI-infused-solutions-tsunami is breaking not just products but marketing in most organizations. Everyone is ‘AI powered’, ‘transforming’ or a ‘platform’. The more universal the claim the less believable it gets. Marketing teams have to climb out of shallow AI language; by saying something sharper, something truer, something almost uncomfortably specific. The winners in this market won’t be the loudest; but the ones who will tell a story only they can tell. #AISummit Alok Shrivastwa Abhishek Vuddandi D K Karthikeyan Krishnan ⏩ Pranika Kar Meenu Bagla Shelwyn Olavo Corte Microland Limited

There’s a noticeable shift happening — and it’s not just about AI. Even long-standing enterprises, with business models that have worked for decades, are pivoting. They’re questioning assumptions that once felt untouchable. They’re rethinking positioning, structure, delivery, even revenue models. What stands out isn’t panic. It’s clarity. The companies moving confidently right now know exactly what they’re building, who they’re building it for, and what market they serve. They’re thinking multi-vendor and composable out-of-the-box — not because it’s trendy, but because it aligns with their purpose. AI isn’t the strategy. Integration isn’t the strategy. Those are enablers. Clarity is the strategy. #AISummit Vishnu Rajkumar Shelwyn Olavo Corte Pranika Kar Microland Limited

The financial markets are pricing AI based on its future potential; a future much farther from what the media and the general consensus would be comfortable with. Such long-horizon views have never been taken so aggressively in the market. ‘Potential’ is synonymous with the value foundational models offer; bigger benchmarks, deepening capability curves, shifting leaderboards. However, for businesses the value is concrete and tangible once the tokens have passed through ‘their’ workflows. The velocity at which workflows or applied AI tech is being built is different from deep tech AI innovation. If the leaderboard isn’t being shuffled often; it’s the time to be bearish on AI. Such a time is nowhere in sight. #AISummit Alok Shrivastwa Karthikeyan Krishnan ⏩ D K Pranika Kar Abhishek Vuddandi Shelwyn Olavo Corte Microland Limited
